Acquisition of a prime-located office building in Lisbon, offering over 10,500 sqm of space.

AUG 2021

Acquisition of a 4,000 sqm office building for repositioning in Madrid’s MadBit district.

MAY 2022

 Acquisition of two buildings with a combined floor area of over 12,000 sqm. Repositioning project currently underway.

DEC 2022

Acquisition of a fully leased 9,500 sqm office building in Madrid’s Arturo Soria district.
